SUMMER GUIDED WALKS
The Friends’ committee is delighted to introduce two local historians, Pat Clarke and Thamar MacIver, who have kindly agreed to lead walks around Pinner. We are very lucky to have such informative and hugely knowledgeable speakers, both of whom are experienced and able communicators.
This walk, guided by Pat Clarke, will take us around the High Street and neighbouring roads to seek out places associated with, or portrayed by, artists, some widely-known, some local.
Pat Clarke is a Pinner expert and has written the definitive History of Pinner, two picture books of the village, and many articles for academic journals and local history publications.
All proceeds go to the W. Heath Robinson My Line of Life Appeal.
