Coffee & Craft – An Introduction to Art in Book Form

Enter the intriguing world of artist’s books with this hands-on introduction to making your own mini-concertina book art. Artist’s books are works of art in the form of a book, which can be a one-off handmade book or a printed edition. Here we will use a variety of collage and mixed media to create a number of pages in your own book where you can simply develop on an aesthetic theme or weave your own narratives or history/experience in.  All materials will be supplied but please feel free to bring copies of your own images, memorabilia or materials that you want to build in.

Tickets are £35, and all materials are included. You’re welcome to bring copies of your own images, memorabilia, or materials to incorporate – just remember, the pages are 10cm x 15cm.
