Tickets can be purchased online or in our shop during normal opening hours, Thursday through Sunday, 11 am to 4 pm. Tickets will also be available on the day in the museum.

It’s the 23rd of December, and Santa’s Elves still have a lot of work to do! Will they finish packing all the presents in time? Follow the map around the park to find all the elves, answer their quiz questions and bring your answers back to Santa HQ to win a prize.
Starts at Santa’s HQ (opposite the Museum), and trails around Pinner Memorial Park (so dress warm). Trail lasts around 20mins, please supervise your children as appropriate.
Plus, a Xmas Trail ticket will get you a 10% discount in the Museum Shop, perfect for any last minute gifts. Discount valid on the 23rd of December only.
